Our aim is to provide physiotherapy services of the highest quality based on ever evolving evidence-based knowledge, empowering clients with this knowledge to enable effective self-management.
We offer a range of Physiotherapy Services including Real Time Ultrasound and Bike Fit as well as Clinical Exercise which may incorporate Clinical Pilates MBCT.

We do offer a HICAPS** service for physiotherapy services and participate in the Enhanced Primary Care Program (Medicare)**.  We offer physiotherapy services to Department of Veteran’s Affairs (DVA) eligible patients with appropriate referrals.

We do not treat TAC & Worksafe funded clients & we’re not a registered provider for NDIS


Janice Moore: Physiotherapist

janiceJanice graduated from La Trobe University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, starting her career in a country hospital. Within 2 years she moved into private practice and has been working there ever since! She became an accredited dma Clinical Pilates (Movement Based Classification & Treatment) practitioner in 2014.

Janice is also a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), Sports Medicine Australia (SMA), Musculosketal Physiotherapy Association (sub-division of the APA) and Sports Physiotherapy Association (sub-division of the APA).

Diverse professional development is a key to Janice’s experience and she has completed her Certification in DMA Clinical Pilates (Movement Based Classification & Treatment), LEVEL 2 Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging and LEVEL 2 APA Sports Physiotherapy. Other areas she has extensively trained in include acute & chronic pain management, dry needling, shoulder, neck, upper back, lower back & pelvic region diagnosis and management.


Stuart Smart: Bike Fit Practitioner

stuartStuart has qualifications in in Mechanical Engineering and has been in automotive component design and development for nearly 20 years and in that time has supplied components and hands-on expertise to industry.

Over the past 10 years, Stuart has used his keen interest in cycling to obtain a complete understanding of the intricacies of both building bicycles from bare frames to setting up from previously assembled to meet a rider’s needs. This has been through both mechanical understanding and courses in cycling biomechanics.

Stuart is hoping to utilise his diverse (to the health industry) background to improve both the comfort and potential of the cyclist by making the bike fit the rider.
